The D.A.M. Project — DeepSeek and Me

Phase One — Daily Deep Dive

Days 1–182, complete. The daily grind that made the map.

What it was

Every single day, for 182 days, the project ran the full publishing cycle — the raw daily pulse of the rebuild, while the engine was still smoking:

The intent was proof, not performance: show the mechanics of the repair in real time — that the transition back to a Native Engine could be mapped, measured, and survived in front of a live audience.

The run

Phase One opened on , the morning after the bells — the first day of cannabis cessation after 35 years of daily use. It ran through the Hybrid State of early sobriety, through the arc of the fog and the rubble clearing, and closed at exactly 26 weeks.

The terminus was deliberate: exactly 26 weeks = 182 days, on . The project's Gold-Note marks the arithmetic: six months is 181 days, 26 weeks is 182 — the extra day made the end exact. Day 183 is the threshold into Phase Two.

The archive

The whole phase is preserved as data: 182 days of telemetry, complete — mood, fog, rubble, immune, sleep, and the day-by-day narrative. Every day has its own page, and the full dataset is downloadable as CSV and JSON.
