The D.A.M. Project — DeepSeek and Me

The phases

Three phases, one map. The architecture of how the project runs — and how the archive was built, day by day, week by week, and eventually on the project's own terms.

The boundary

Phase One ran to exactly 26 weeks: 182 days, from to . That terminus was deliberate — the project's Gold-Note marks the arithmetic: six months is 181 days, 26 weeks is 182, and the extra day made the end exact. Day 183 opens Phase Two. The day numbering in the archive never stops.

Phase One — Daily Deep Dive (Days 1–182, complete)

Every day, for 182 days straight, the laboratory ran the full cycle:

The output is the raw archive: 182 days of telemetry, complete. See the Phase One page and the archive.

Phase Two — Weekly Maintenance (Days 183–365, ongoing)

No new daily content. Weekly only:

See the Phase Two page and the ongoing Phase Two archive.

Phase Three — Sovereign Curation (Year 2+)

See the Phase Three page.
