The boundary
Phase One ran to exactly 26 weeks: 182 days, from to . That terminus was deliberate — the project's Gold-Note marks the arithmetic: six months is 181 days, 26 weeks is 182, and the extra day made the end exact. Day 183 opens Phase Two. The day numbering in the archive never stops.
Phase One — Daily Deep Dive (Days 1–182, complete)
Every day, for 182 days straight, the laboratory ran the full cycle:
- Daily telemetry log (Reddit, r/TheDAMProject)
- Daily TikTok video (faceless, text-only, core terrors)
- Daily Substack Daily Dispatch (written)
- Daily audio dispatch → RSS feed → Apple Podcasts
- Daily audio dispatch → manual upload → YouTube Podcast
The output is the raw archive: 182 days of telemetry, complete. See the Phase One page and the archive.
Phase Two — Weekly Maintenance (Days 183–365, ongoing)
No new daily content. Weekly only:
- Weekly Waffle (Substack essay, 20–30 minutes audio)
- Weekly Waffle → RSS feed → Apple Podcasts
- Weekly Waffle → manual upload → YouTube Podcast
- Weekly longform video (YouTube, companion to the Waffle or standalone)
- Phase One daily videos → repurposed as YouTube Shorts, each linking to the corresponding podcast episode
- Reddit engagement continues (r/TheDAMProject)
- Podcast guests possible (integrated into the Weekly Waffle)
See the Phase Two page and the ongoing Phase Two archive.
Phase Three — Sovereign Curation (Year 2+)
- Re-evaluated at Day 365
- Options: monthly logs, project-based deep dives, or ad hoc
- Income pathways: speaking, consulting, books, workshops, paid Substack tier
- The map continues — but on the project's own terms
- Daily logging never returns unless chosen
See the Phase Three page.
Platform strategy after Phase One
- TikTok: ended. No new posts. The existing Phase One videos become source material for YouTube Shorts.
- YouTube: Shorts (retrospective) + longform videos + podcast archive.
- Apple Podcasts: weekly Waffle only (daily dispatches archived).
- Substack: the Weekly Waffle — the canonical human hub.
- Reddit: ongoing community engagement, blockbuster posts, telemetry logs.
- Books: trilogy, published when ready.
Core principles
- The map is the most expansive real-time cannabis recovery log ever published.
- Daily through 183 days is the minimum viable completeness.
- Weekly through Day 365 maintains the map without burnout.
- Monthly after that if needed — still unprecedented.
- The scaffold is open source. The methodology is copyable.
- The lighthouse stands regardless of platform performance.
